	Problems with password? If you are having problems logging into your email account, please go to the Help Desk in the Library near reference desk, or to Student Computing Center, D216. You must bring a valid SUNY Old Westbury ID, or a current picture ID. Please understand, to protect your privacy, we must see you in person. Student e-mail update Attention Old Westbury Student e-mail users. The College will be replacing the student e-mail system with a Portal based e-mail package over the summer. This will provide single sign on to your Banner system along with incorporating e-mail. We will not be able to transfer files over to the new system so it is very important that you make copies of any e-mail you want to keep. The simplest way to do this is to forward the message to another system such as gmail, hotmail etc. We look forward to having a better system when you return in the fall and apologize for any inconvenience this transition will cause. The transition is expected sometime between June and July so it best to save your messages before you leave school at the end of the Spring 2008 term. We will post more information here as it becomes available.
